What Sets You Apart
  • 2-3 years of experience with strong design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Data-driven approach, focusing on what converts, not just what looks good.
  • Quick, high-quality iteration and A/B testing.
  • Understanding of conversion psychology and metrics (CTR, CVR).
  • Growth marketing mindset, balancing business outcomes and design.
