Role Overview
As our Sales Assistant, you’ll work directly with our leadership team to support ecommerce growth and wholesale (B&M) expansion. You’ll play a critical role in lead generation, client follow-ups, ecommerce maintenance, and keeping our sales operation running smoothly. This is a long-term role with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
Research and qualify new wholesale and ecommerce leads, assist executives with sales.
Support outreach to independent retailers, loyalty programs, and bulk buyers.
Maintain and update sales pipelines and CRMs.
Manage communications with Amazon and Shopify contacts
- Assist with Amazon in-bound shipments
Assist in maintaining and optimizing listings on Amazon.com, Shopify, Target+, and other platforms.
Prepare and follow up on invoices, purchase orders, and vendor onboarding documents.
Coordinate with internal teams for inventory and fulfillment tracking.
- Assist with content creation for Amazon and other platforms.
Provide weekly sales updates and performance reports.
Requirements
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Located in Latin America
2+ years of experience in CPG, ecommerce, or food/beverage sales
Prior experience with platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Faire
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Tech-savvy: Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools, and Zoom familiarity
Self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment - we are growing quickly and are looking for someone to grow into an account management role. Pay will increase, commesurate with increased responsibilities.
