Job Title: Intranet Designer
Location: 100% Remote – Work from Anywhere
US West Coast workday hours
Employment Type: Full-Time Contractor
Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Intranet Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work directly with our sales team and customers to design, structure, and build modern, user-friendly intranet sites using the MyHub platform.
You’ll be responsible for translating business needs into engaging digital experiences that are intuitive and easy to use.
Key Responsibilities
Design and configure intranet sites using the MyHub platform
Collaborate with customers to understand their content, structure, and branding requirements
Customize layouts, navigation, and visual design to align with organizational goals
Assist with content migration and initial content creation as needed
Provide design advice and best practices to improve user experience and engagement
Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations
Requirements
Proven experience using content management systems (CMS) or intranet platforms
Strong design skills with an eye for layout, structure, and usability
Excellent written and spoken English is essential
Strong customer communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently
A proactive, problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with SaaS platforms or website builders
Familiarity with corporate branding and internal communications
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus but not required
