Role Summary

Supports client engagement and brand positioning by managing high-quality communications, client events, CRM data, and content creation.

Responsibilities and Duties

Maintain client action plans, CRM records, and engagement metrics.

Coordinate client events, including materials and follow-up.

Draft/edit client-facing materials (bios, pitches, newsletters, social posts).

Support internal/external BD communications.

Conduct research on clients and competitors.

Work with digital and communications teams to ensure message alignment.

Required Skills/Abilities

Strong copywriting and editing skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing platforms.

Excellent organization and time management.

Collaborative team player with attention to detail.
