Job Title : Electrical Engineer-Intermediate (Hybrid Remote)

Responsibilities:

Assist the MDA Advanced Manufacturing Technology (ManTech) and Industrial Manufacturing team in identifying manufacturing technology and industrial supply base requirements and needs for current and future MDA programs
Evaluate new manufacturing technologies and current industrial supplier base capabilities
Assess MDA and DoD supply base health and use software tools to identify technical risk
Identify, define, and monitor Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) projects in the electrical engineering technology area
Conduct engineering assessments and identify promising emerging technologies for transition into Ballistic Missile Defense Systems

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

7+ years of related professional experience
Active Secret Clearance
Demonstrated expertise in project management needed to plan and develop emerging technology capabilities and analysis priorities
Demonstrated knowledge of BMDS to successfully develop and optimize technologies for next generation missions utilizing system and component analysis principles required to successfully transition technology with system architecture
Demonstrated ability to successfully coordinate projects across multiple organizations
Demonstrated skill and experience in managing the development of technical products
Demonstrated skill in oral and written communications, developing and presenting briefing and preparing technical reports
