📈 We’re looking for a sharp, data-driven performance marketer to help scale our international growth across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.

This isn’t a role for someone looking to manage a set-and-forget account. It’s for a strategic executor—someone who loves diving into data, running structured tests, and pushing creative performance to unlock growth.

Because our product is 100% digital, expanding into new markets is fast and frictionless—we’re not limited by stock, logistics, or borders.

All we need is the right person to help us unlock that scale. If you’ve scaled brands in paid media, thrive in fast-moving environments, and want to help take a lean, high-performing team to the next level—read on.

 

🎯 What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Own day-to-day performance across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
  • Launch and manage high-impact campaigns across markets, scaling what works and iterating fast
  • Run structured tests (hooks, offers, audiences, placements) to find breakthroughs
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to brief and refine high-performing ads
  • Use tools like Motion, native platform dashboards, and internal reporting systems to analyze and optimize
  • Interpret performance data to find trends, insights, and scaling opportunities
  • Work with the team to build a full-funnel strategy—from first click to conversion
  • Align with email, SEO, and influencer teams to ensure cross-channel performance synergy (you won’t manage these functions, but you’ll collaborate closely with them)

 

📊 What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)

  • You’ve developed a clear understanding of our performance across key markets
  • You’ve identified scalable opportunities and begun to unlock traction in one or more regions
  • We’ve run meaningful tests and gained insight into what’s working (and what’s not)
  • Our creative testing loop is tighter, more data-driven, and delivering stronger results
  • We’re seeing momentum across channels, informed by sharper data and testing loops
  • There’s strong collaboration and rhythm between you and the creative/content team

 

🛠 What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5+ years experience in performance marketing (Meta, TikTok, Google)
  • You’ve managed $500k+/month in spend with strong results
  • You understand platform nuances, attribution quirks, and growth loops
  • Excellent grasp of ad creative—what makes it work, and how to improve it
  • Able to interpret data without getting lost in it—action-oriented thinking
  • Collaborative, accountable, and proactive mindset
  • Bonus: You’ve worked on global brands or multi-region accounts
