Run your own pipeline: prospect, pitch, and close
Hit monthly target of 4+ deals
Work 8-hour shifts within a flexible M–F, 8 AM–9 PM ET window
Join 3-4 team coaching sessions per week
💰 $60K base + uncapped commissions + residuals
🔥 Warm leads (no cold outreach)
🧠 Sandler sales training & coaching
🧘♂️ 2 paid mental health days/month (after first 30 days)
