Now, we’re looking to scale our digital reach, and we’re looking for a Freelance Performance Marketing Manager to drive measurable growth through Meta and Google ad campaigns.

The Opportunity

We’ve built a loyal global community, strong organic reach, and a reputable brand in the specialty coffee space. Now, we’re looking to deepen our digital presence and grow recurring revenue through paid channels—especially in key markets like the US, Germany, and the UK.

Starting as a part-time our Freelance Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll lead paid acquisition across Meta and Google platforms, directly impacting trial sales, subscriptions, and online store sales. You’ll work closely with our creative team at Standart to test, iterate, and scale what works.
 
What you’ll do:

  • Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, YouTube, Display).
  • Brief and collaborate with our creative team to develop and refine ads based on performance insights.
  • Track and report on key metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR, LTV) and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Stay current with platform changes, targeting trends, and creative best practices.
  • Contribute to our digital growth strategy and identify new acquisition opportunities.

What you bring:

  • 2–3 years of experience managing Meta and/or Google Ads campaigns, ideally in a DTC or subscription context.
  • A proven track record of driving conversions and improving performance metrics like ROAS and CAC.
  • A data-driven mindset and comfort with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, or Looker Studio.
  • A collaborative spirit and strong communication skills—especially when working with creatives.
  • Bonus: Experience scaling performance creative, testing ad variations, or working with premium/lifestyle brands.

What we offer:

  • A freelance contract (~10-15 hours/week) starting May or June 2025
  • €1,500/month fixed rate
