We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and grow our existing client base while driving sales and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow our existing client base by maintaining strong relationships and providing exceptional service and support.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell Talkpush products and services to existing clients.
- Prospect and pursue new client opportunities to achieve sales goals and revenue targets.
- Understand and communicate client needs to internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and develop solutions that meet clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of the recruitment industry and market trends.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the recruitment or HR technology industry.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and revenue targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Highly motivated and results-driven with a strong sense of urgency.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
