The Role
We’re looking for a full-time Community Manager to blend heart, strategy, and systems.
You’ll be the operational and emotional engine behind our high-touch member experience.
You’ll play a critical role in ensuring members feel seen, supported, and inspired, while also efficiently driving the backend operations.

What You’ll Do:
Own member engagement: Design and execute onboarding journeys, welcome touchpoints, and member programming
Coordinate events & activations: Coordinate in-person and virtual experiences like Supper Clubs, workshops, and retreats
Support local chapters: Equip and empower hosts to deliver consistent, values-aligned experiences across cities
Maintain systems & operations: Oversee tools like Circle, HubSpot, Stripe, and Zapier to streamline logistics and retention
Drive member growth: Support with new member outreach, referrals, and lead follow-up to nurture a thriving ecosystem
We’d Love to See:
3+ years experience in community management, event coordination, or operations
Strong communicator who is able to give and receive feedback thoughtfully
Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Works independently with a collaborative spirit
Proficient with digital tools (Circle, Google Workspace,HubSpot, Stripe, Zapier, etc.) or excited to learn
Passion for uplifting women and building inclusive, high-touch communities
Bonus: Experience in startups, coaching spaces, or community-led brands
