We’re hiring for a driven and experienced Demand Generation Manager to spearhead our newly established Demand Generation function. You’ll be responsible for generating sales opportunities within our Mid-Market and Enterprise audience segments.
The salary for this position is €65,000 annually, and we are committed to reviewing salaries every year based on company and individual performance.
You can work from anywhere in the world as long as your main location is between UTC-4 and UTC+4.
The Role
We’re looking for a sharp, resourceful, and data-fluent marketer with experience in B2B SaaS. If you know how to scale pipeline without defaulting to paid ads (although we do rely on them), this is the role for you.
As Toggl’s Demand Generation Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our growth efforts, primarily by:
- Driving lead generation
- Managing paid media
- Creating engaging content (or repurposing already existing content)
- Running multi-channel campaigns to drive pipeline
You’ll take full ownership of sales opportunities generated, focusing initially on Toggl’s flagship product, Toggl Track. To achieve your goals, you’ll collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and other teams — from planning to execution.
This is a hands-on, results-oriented role perfect for someone who’s hungry to make an impact, thrives on autonomy, and is laser-focused on delivering results. You’ll need to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves, creating content, and executing campaigns yourself, as this is an individual contributor position for someone who loves the craft of demand generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to gather insights and develop messaging and strategies that drive pipeline growth.
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that attract, engage, and convert high-value prospects.
- Develop account-based marketing initiatives where necessary to target and accelerate key accounts.
- Create engaging marketing assets (landing pages, email campaigns, etc.) to support inbound efforts.
- Optimize budgets, audience targeting, and creatives to maximize ROI and pipeline growth.
- Run continuous A/B testing on messaging, landing pages, and segmentation to improve conversion rates.
- Use scalable tools and AI to implement processes to enhance efficiency while maintaining hyper-personalized outreach.
- Measure campaign impact on pipeline and revenue, ensuring marketing spend in your domain drives business growth.
- Experiment with new channels, strategies, and audience segments to unlock untapped opportunities.
About You
We’re looking for someone who’s driven, resourceful, and ready to take ownership of their work. If this sounds like you, we’d love to meet you. 👇
- 🚀 You’ve been there, done that in B2B SaaS. You have a proven track record of driving demand generation in a SaaS environment. You understand the unique challenges and opportunities of PLG and know how to scale pipeline without relying solely on paid ads.
- 📊 You’re data-driven and results-oriented. You love diving into the numbers to measure success, identify trends, and optimize campaigns. ROI is your love language, and you’d have no problem working with RevOp and Sales to create and implement measurement models that reflect the contributions of your activity.
- 🎯 You’re a campaign execution powerhouse. While you can (and should!) lean on others on the marketing team to help, you’re comfortable owning the entire campaign process, from strategy to hands-on execution. Content creation? No problem. Email workflows? Easy.
- 🧠 You’re strategic and scrappy. You can think big-picture while also being resourceful and creative in execution. You know how to make the most of limited resources to drive results, and aren’t afraid to pivot as soon as you know something’s not working.
- 🤝 You’re a collaborator. You thrive in cross-functional teams and know how to align with content, product marketing, and sales to achieve shared goals.
- 🛠️ You know your tools. You’re proficient with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools. Bonus points if you actively use AI to be more efficient.
- 🐾 You’re autonomous and self-sufficient. You don’t need to be micro-managed and are comfortable working independently to drive results. At the same time, you’re a team player who values collaboration.
