What Youâll Be Doing (Job Tasks) đ
Â
Youâll be in charge of getting shit done in the Product Team of our app, which means you'll own the strategy to improve upon the foundations that make our ICPs say things like âholy shitâ on demo calls.Â
Proactively solicit input from design and engineering teams for roadmap items & planning.
Analyze data from our database. You should feel comfortable going through product usage data.
Potential for growing into a leadership position, by leading the whole product department and helping form leaders from within.
Setting a predictable cadence for product delivery (this means holding cross-functional teams accountable) and a high bar for product quality.
Collaborate with the product team â to review the roadmap, product feedback, backlog and discuss improvements to the product workflow.
Ruthlessly prioritize with company objectives in mind.
Understand our users and industry â as a PM, you'll be expected to understand what our users expect of the product. Thus, you'll be required to understand the audience we cater to so you can better identify users' needs and even prioritize features.Â
Report to the VP of Ops, a serial entrepreneur, who is in love with UX and design.

Â
5+ years of experience in Product roles
2+ years of experience as a Growth PM, ideally at B2B companies
Native English abilityÂ
Located in Europe, and are able to have a good overlap with European working hours
Proven ability to design and execute growth experiments that drive conversion, retention, and LTV
Adaptability to changes in priorities
Embody the fundamentals of leadership and know when to do vs. delegate
Fluency in A/B testing design, event instrumentation, and growth stack implementation.

Experience working with video products or funnel builders
Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications
