As we expand, we’re seeking a talented and connected individual to join our team and drive partnerships with agencies, influencers, and creators.

Vidpros is a creative and dynamic video editing company specializing in crafting compelling narratives for brands and creating engaging social media video content. We are passionate about the power of visual storytelling and are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Growth Marketing Lead to spearhead our marketing initiatives and significantly contribute to our continued growth.

Job summary:

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing effective marketing strategies that consistently generate high-quality inquiries and ultimately scheduled consultations/project discussions for our sales team. This is a high-impact role where you will have the autonomy to bring your own creative ideas to the table and the resources to execute them effectively within the exciting world of video production.



You'll:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies specifically targeting clients for our video editing services.

  • Write persuasive and engaging marketing copy across all platforms (website, ads, emails, social media). Create valuable content showcasing our expertise (case studies, portfolio pieces, blog posts).

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on Facebook Ads and potentially other relevant platforms, to drive qualified leads. 

  • Develop, write, and rigorously A/B test targeted cold email sequences to generate interest and project inquiries from potential clients.

  • Track performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns.

  • Work closely with our sales team to ensure alignment on lead quality, provide effective marketing support, and understand project needs.

  • Stay up-to-date on video editing trends, marketing best practices, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

 

You Have:

  • Proven marketing experience with strong lead generation in a related field.

  • Proven success in copywriting.

  • Experience managing media buying, particularly Facebook Ads.

  • Ability to write and test effective cold email sequences.

  • Strong digital marketing skills and understanding of the video production process.

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.

  • Self-starter attitude.
