We are a fast-growing media technology startup looking for a Virtual Assistant to support our leadership team with administrative tasks, research, and day-to-day operations. This role is flexible, dynamic, and crucial to helping our team stay organized and move quickly.
What You'll Do:
Draft, write, and send emails on behalf of the team
- Persoanble and able to attend Virtual Meetings
Manage inboxes, organize files, and handle data entry
Conduct research (e.g., sourcing contacts, gathering market data, vetting vendors)
Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and task tracking
Support operational tasks and miscellaneous projects as needed
Solve problems and figure out how to execute tasks independently
What We're Looking For:
Strong written communication and attention to detail
Organized, reliable, and proactive — you get things done without needing constant oversight
Comfortable with Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets
Tech-savvy and resourceful — able to figure out processes or solutions when needed
Previous experience in an administrative, virtual assistant, or executive assistant role is preferred but not required

Contract, hourly-based
Fully remote, with preferred availability during U.S. business hours
