What We're Looking For
• Strong art direction experience with a focus on brand visual systems and graphic design
• Expertise in overseeing graphic design and brand identity development
• Experience developing and implementing brand guidelines for digital-first companies
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand design and graphic design work for B2B and digital tech clients (ideally including SaaS brands)
• Proven experience with brand update and brand evolution projects
• Comfortable providing ongoing brand support and ensuring visual consistency
• Ability to guide and mentor design teams
• Eye for detail and ability to deliver polished, on-brand creative assets
• Strong client-facing skills with experience presenting concepts and running creative reviews with B2B and SaaS stakeholders
• Proven ability to collaborate with client teams and translate feedback into actionable creative direction
