Your day to day steps will be :

Find emails → send outreach → track replies → keep important details clear so key decisions stay fast and confident

3. Track replies and outcomes clearly
4. Organize everything so I can decide fast

5. Spend each day looking at competitor backlinks and contacting those sites

This job is NOT complex, but it requires strong attention to detail and consistent organization every day.

- Use Ahrefs (easy to learn) to review competitor backlinks and create a daily outreach target list with clear notes
- Find emails or contact forms for each site
- Send 1–3 versions of outreach messages
- Log everything into a simple, easy-to-review spreadsheet:
    - site
    - traffic
    - price
    - contact method
    - reply status
    - follow-up date
- Keep things organized so I can make decisions quickly
- Follow up consistently
