Team Achievement
The Data team has designed and implemented a scalable data platform that supports our growing product and user base. This includes establishing a cloud-based data lake on Google Cloud Storage and a centralized analytics warehouse in BigQuery. Together, these foundations ensure that data is reliable, accessible, and ready to support both day-to-day analysis and long-term strategic decisions.
The Data team introduced dbt to standardize transformations and data modeling across the organization. This brought clearer data definitions, better documentation, and more trustworthy metrics. As a result, teams across Product, Marketing, and Finance can work with consistent, well-defined data and speak the same “data language.”
The team delivers rich, self-service dashboards in Looker that help stakeholders track product performance, user behavior, and business KPIs. These dashboards turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights, supporting faster decision-making and helping teams measure the impact of their work.
Beyond infrastructure and reporting, the Data team works closely with product managers, engineers, and marketers to answer real business questions, challenge assumptions, and uncover opportunities for growth. Their work helps ensure that product and business decisions are grounded in data, not guesswork.
