JOB DESCRIPTION

Mission
To increase the number of closed sales for each company’s branch by 5% monthly, showing the outcomes listed below.

Metrics / Key Performance Indicators

Book a minimum of 100 orders for the second month, ensuring a 5% ongoing monthly increase for the consecutive 10 months.

Maintain the personal conversion rate above 30%.

Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per 40-hour week.

Maintain a 100% response rate to the company’s qualified leads.

Ensure that 100% of the qualified leads in the CRM are followed up on time.

Sales Skills. The right candidate must demonstrate knowledge of the buyer's psychology, making the first impression, relevant questioning, active listening, and objection handling.
