Asymmetric Marketing seeks a highly organized, detail-driven Executive Assistant to support our co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer. This role is essential to freeing up executive bandwidth for strategy, planning, and growth.
You’ll work directly with the CSO to streamline internal operations, coordinate finances, and ensure the smooth running of calendars and documentation.
We’re a lean, fast-paced, fully remote team with a strong strategy-first mindset—and we’re growing. If you love creating order from chaos, managing details, and supporting leadership in a high-leverage way, this is your role.
🧾 What You’ll Do
Schedule internal and client meetings (Zoom, calendar tools)
Coordinate invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations
Help prepare and organize financial reports
Manage documentation in Notion, ClickUp, and Google Drive
Track internal tasks, reminders, and meeting follow-ups
Format internal SOPs and checklists
Assist with onboarding tasks and team communications
✅ Who You Are
2+ years supporting senior executives or founders
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Great with digital tools (ClickUp, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Notion)
Comfortable working remotely, independently, and proactively
Skilled in basic financial admin (invoices, receipts, vendor tracking)
Bonus: experience in marketing, consulting, or agency settings
