We’re looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Strategist to drive our brand's growth across social platforms. You’ll lead strategy and content creation, working with designers, copywriters, and key stakeholders to produce engaging content that builds awareness and supports our business goals.

What You’ll Achieve

Content Strategy: Develop a content strategy, starting with one priority platform (e.g., Instagram or TikTok), and repurpose across channels.
Content Calendar: Manage a monthly content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
Design Collaboration: Work with the design team to create visual assets and provide briefs as needed.
Copywriting: Write engaging, on-brand copy for posts and artwork.
Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a positive community.
Analytics & Optimization: Track metrics (e.g., reach, engagement) and optimize content for better results.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on platform changes and propose new strategies to boost performance.
Paid Campaigns: Manage paid campaigns when necessary, aligning with business goals.

What We’re Looking For

Proven success in growing brand social media accounts with measurable results.
Strong copywriting skills and ability to tailor content for different platforms.
Proficient in analytics tools (e.g., platform insights, Google Analytics).
Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.
Comfortable in fast-paced environments and managing multiple tasks.
